The NSE Clearing Limited (NCL), on August 7, 2026, issued a circular announcing a mock session on August 8, 2026 to test the Software as a Service (SaaS) framework for two-way portability across Clearing Corporations, in line with SEBI's Business Continuity requirements. The exercise aims to familiarize members with the SaaS setup, interfaces and associated functionalities to ensure operational readiness during contingency scenarios.
As part of the mock session, NCL will invoke its SaaS setup between 1:45 PM and 2:15 PM and operate through the NCL@ICCL environment from 2:15 PM to 3:40 PM. Members are requested to actively participate in the exercise and test all relevant functionalities. Existing login credentials issued under earlier NCL circulars will remain valid, while members who have not obtained credentials are required to request them from NCL.
The circular also refers members to the standard operating procedures issued through earlier NCL circulars and provides the relevant access links for RTRMS, Collateral Management and Extranet to facilitate participation in the mock session.
